Mary Elizabeth Rinaldi's exceptional understanding of the intricacies of International Tax Law reporting and the IRS Audit process have served her ability to successfully represent her clients in civil and criminal tax litigation and in tax disputes before the Internal Revenue Service, the Department of Justice, state taxing authorities, and in federal court. Ms. Rinaldi's experience includes serving as a law clerk for the Honorable Laurence J. Whalen of the United States Tax Court and as a trial attorney for the Internal Revenue Service.
