According to Swiss newspapers, UBS will not have to pay a fine as part of the settlement concerning the undisclosed offshore accounts. I find this hard to believe and cannot wait to see what the final settlement details on August 10th, if in fact, it is even completely settled on that date. All we can do is wait and see.
